Help with Ordering the Book NEW ORLEANS

For most people, ordering has been easy, but there are two points of easy confusion — shipping costs for those who will have their books hand delivered/held for personal pickup and selection of images for the Special and Premium Editions.
For the Standard Edition, it is pretty straight forward. After clicking on the Add items to cart here button, you will be presented with choices such as these in the image to the left.
Choose the edition you want, then select where the book will be shipped; the default is Shipped within North Carolina. Next, you will have to make a selection under Will this be shipped: The default will be Yes, so if the book is not being shipped, obviously, you will select No.
For those ordering Special and Premium Editions, we recommend that you first go to to the Details page, also linked in the upper left of the page, then continue with the instructions below.

A quick note for all who are not familiar with PayPal, it is simply a portal for many to pay and receive payments. After clicking on that button, you can pay directly with your credit card instead.
Special & Premium Editions Help for Print Selection
To the right, under each section, there is a link to the prints available for that edition. Choose what you want in order of preference and make a note of same.Now click on the Add items to cart here button at the top right of the page, and proceed from there.
It will not be until you click on the PayPal link at the bottom right that you will enter your name, address, etc. as well as your choice(s) of image(s) for those editions to the right. There will be a final button for you to pay, and you know where to go from there.
Special Edition Specifications — Limited edition of 30:
In addition to the above, our limited run Special Editions will contain the following:- Tip-in vellum sheet, numbered and signed by the artists
- Signed personal inscription
- Choice of one of four, limited edition (x/20) 6" x 9" archival prints (normally $350), numbered and signed by the artist
Premium Edition Specifications — Limited edition of 10:
In addition to the above, our limited run of Premium Editions will contain the following:- An archival, red, cloth slip case
- Choice of two of six, limited edition (x/20) 6" x 9" archival prints (normally $350), numbered and signed by the artist
